We got extremely spacious guest room with kitchenette as an upgrade, nice gesture. Most of the staff were lovely and wonderful.

The place was exceptionally comfortable, it worked for me. The staff was very very helpful and helpful, the breakfast was satisfactory. The property was in the heart of the city.
The staff were poor, didn't expect that coming.

Clean hotel with amiable staff. Favorable location close to shopping areas. Huge room with good storage space, a couch, and a lounge. Large bathroom with bathtubs and good sewerage. Conveniently located near supermarkets, Puerto Montt, and the plaza. Just a 10-minute walk to Cactus Petes Casino.

Located on the hillside, close to the main plaza and city center. Modern and spacious rooms with well-decorated interiors, offering a convenient stay. the staff are kind and helpful, providing excellent service.
One drawback is the occasional noise from a nearby nightclub, disturbing for light sleepers.
